We at Nandy & Co. Solicitors are committed to ensuring the security and protection of your personal information when we handle your legal matters. Following the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in May 2018, this firm updated its privacy policy to be in compliance with these new guidelines. 

As a client of the firm, under these new guidelines, you are entitled to certain rights regarding how the personal information and data you give us is handled. You have a right to know what information we collect from you, why we need it, how we use it, and who we share it with. 

You also have new rights relating such as the right of access to your personal information upon request, the right to rectify or erase your personal information, the right to restrict the use or processing of that information, and so forth. 

In order to comply with the GDPR, we have come up with a privacy and personal information agreement form. This form outlines our new policy regarding handling your personal information and makes you aware of all the rights you have as our client and what happens to the information you provide us.
